These are fitted to the car using double sided tape ( there is a special tape pad included ) and a bracket at each end - these are the same fixing methods used on the factory items

The centre insert is tricky to change as it is bonded into the bumper

We have done a video changing the headlight glass on the Discovery 3 and its actually quite easy as the adhesive softens at around 50 Deg C ( see below video )
