Yves Leccia Île de Beauté Rouge Corse IGP, 2024 counter weight On the steep precarious hillsidesThis organic wine is 80% Grenache, and 20% Niellucciu (the local clone of Sangiovese). The grapes are destemmed and fermented for around 2 weeks with regular pumping over. After 12 months, the wine is bottled. The wine is just as juicy as it is structured and savory. A wonderful wine to bring to a serious grill sesh, or on an easy Tuesday night with homemade cheeseburgers.
