Celestial Night, an offspring of Ebb Tide, yields lots of double ruffled, 34" blooms of deep plum purple on a hardy, rounded bush. The glossy but leathery looking foliage is medium to dark green, so the plant's full and vibrant flowers can easily be seen from a
